Step #1: Open Microsoft Edge browser and click settings
Step #2: Go to Cookies and site permissions à Cookies and site data.
Step #3: Add below sites: Replace [PROD] and [UAT] with actual URL
- https://[PROD].crm3.dynamics.com
- https://[UAT].crm3.dynamics.com
- https://.clickdimensions.com
Step #4: Press F12 or Ctrl + Shift + I and select Application
Step #5: Select Storage and hit clear site data and hard refresh (Ctrl + R).
