When the greymatter CRM user selects the "LOA Email Send" Flow from the Program Application form, the LOA should be sent and the action should be captured in the record's Timeline field.
The "LOA Email Send" Flow was not sending out LOA emails. Confirmed that Flow has been fixed and activated.
