Redundant Agent Email field should be removed from the LoA tab in the Program Application forms.
Removed the redundant Agent Email field from the LoA tab. Contact information for the associated Agent is available through the Agent Details tab.
To access an Agent's email, click the Agency name (displayed as a link) in the Agent Details tab. This will display the Agency Contact form which will list the Primary Agent's email and business telephone number.
