Admit - Awards Management - Scholarship Application attachments made accessible in CRM

The Scholarship Applicants table forms in CRM have been lacking a section to access documents attached to portal-based scholarship applications.

Attached documents are now accessible from the Timeline section under the General tab in the Scholarship Applicants forms.
