Desire was voiced for a Business Process Flow to guide institution's CRM users and allow for control through the stages of a student's application, from Application Review, to Pre-Admittance, Deposit/Payment, Student Readiness, and Enrollment. This feature required enhancements listed below in the Release Notes section.
1. Developed a five stage application business process flow.
2. Setup new fields for better defined Status Reasons (Admitted, Deferred, Waiting on Payment).
3. Enabled payment of Deposit online as a gateway marker to Student Readiness and Enrollment stages.
4. Created Transaction records for all payments (Program Application and Deposit Fee payment).
