Admit - SIS Data - Adding Notes section to the Program Application Checklist form

A greymatter CRM user should see the Notes uploaded from the Portal in the Program Application Checklist form under the General tab.

Confirmed that the Notes field has been added to the Program Application Checklist Information form.
