All Work Areas - Contact Management - "Conversions and Student Journey" table to change to read-only

When a greymatter CRM user changes a Contact's "Active Contact type" that change should only be reflected within the "Conversions and Student Journey" table found within the Student Contact form under the "Student Portal Profile" tab.

Argument was made that changing a Contact record's Active Contact Type should only display and be edited from the "Active Contact Type" field in the form header dropdown (look for "Active Contact Type" dropdown in the top right hand corner of the form).
Fix confirmed as the "+ New Contact Conversion" button has been removed from the "Student Portal Profile" tab.
