All Work Areas - Contact Management - Cont.Ed.: Make "All Invoices-CE" default view

In the "Student - Degree Plan" form, under the Continuing Education tab, and within the Invoices grid, the "All Invoices-CE" view should be set as default.
Default view set to "All Invoices-CE". Additionally, Student and Email columns were removed from the All Invoices-CE View.
