What's New:

- Integrated Payments with New Multi-Program Application Form: We’ve added new pages and updated logic to improve seamless payment integration. The system now supports validation and auto-fill from the student’s profile, and quick switching between payment gateways.
- Touchnet Payment Gateway Integration: Users can now use the Touchnet payment gateway. The payment provider can easily be set up and switched between others. It also works with multi-program applications.
- Discounts: Discounts have been added and implemented for products. They can easily be set up in the CRM and reflected on the portal.
- Updated Invoice Generation: We've updated our invoice generation feature. It now supports multi-applications, providing more flexibility and efficiency in managing financial transactions.
- Configurable Fee Structures: Tailor Program application fees and deposit fees with ease. Set up distinct fee structures for domestic and international students directly within the CRM.
- Portal Payments: Students can pay their fees through the portal, simplifying the payment process and improving user experience.

With the Payment Processing feature, users can now effortlessly configure program application fees and deposit fees directly within the CRM. The Payment Processing feature focuses on providing greater flexibility and convenience for managing program application fees, deposit fees, and related financial transactions. In this release, Frequency Foundry has implemented the following features:
 
Customizable Application and Deposit Fees
Users can now set program application fees and deposit fees directly within the CRM, tailoring them to meet specific program requirements.
 
Dynamic Price Lists
Price Lists have been introduced, allowing administrators to establish distinct fees for domestic and international students. This flexibility ensures accurate and targeted financial management. It has been designed to work for single and multi-program applications.
 
Automated Invoicing
The system now generates invoices for due fees automatically. These invoices are conveniently emailed to students in PDF format. Additionally, the program application status is updated for students to review.
 
Efficient Receipt Generation
Receipts for payments and refunds are now automatically generated and sent to students as PDF attachments via email. The updated program application review status is also included for students to review.
 
Moneris Payment Gateway Integration
Our latest release introduces seamless credit card payment processing through the Moneris payment gateway. Users can utilize this secure gateway to conveniently pay fees directly from the portal.
 
Refund Requests via Portal
Students now have the ability to initiate refund requests via portal. The refund request process has been streamlined to provide a user-friendly experience to track status.
 
CRM Refund Processing
Refunds can be efficiently processed directly within the CRM, ensuring that administrators have a comprehensive overview of financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
