With the introduction of the Deferral - New Statuses feature, Admissions Officers gain enhanced flexibility in managing deferral processes. This update introduces new status options, enabling Admissions Officers to precisely categorize and process deferrals, streamlining communication and ensuring a more nuanced and efficient deferral workflow within the CRM system.
Admissions Officers - Deferral Status Options
- Deferral Requested
- Deferral In Process
- Deferral Accepted
- Deferral Declined
Students
- Upon enrollment, students will have access to Request Deferral in the Portal
- If the Deferral is processed and accepted by the Admissions Faculty, students will be able to download a new Letter of Admission (LOA) and accept or decline the deferral
