With the Configurable Offer - Output to SharePoint feature, users now have seamless integration between document generation and SharePoint. This functionality allows for the direct output of documents produced in CRM to SharePoint, enhancing document management efficiency and ensuring a centralized repository for all relevant materials. This streamlined process facilitates easy access, collaboration, and organization of generated documents within the SharePoint environment.
Configurable Offer - Output to SharePoint features include:
- Upon setting up the document structure in SharePoint library 'Program Application Documents', business users can access the output, i.e., the Word document and PDF in SharePoint
- Outputs from a Program Application will have a note in the Program Application's timeline linking to the SharePoint PDF
