The Configurable Offer - Real-Time Modification feature in greymatter introduces a dynamic capability, allowing users to make on-the-fly modifications to specific content within out-of-the-box Word templates during the document generation process. This real-time editing functionality ensures flexibility and customization, particularly beneficial for tailoring content like Letters of Admission, providing a more personalized and efficient document generation experience within the CRM system.
The Configurable Offer - Real-Time Modification feature includes:
- Certain out-of-the-box Word templates will provide real time editing of paragraphs and section information on the Letter of Admission (LOA)
- The LOA template includes:
- Two paragraphs - already prefilled
- Up to 900 characters on the first page (LOA letter)
- The templates will provide ability for users to enter specific information in the second page at the time of documentation generation, such as Conditions of Acceptance, Other Relevant Information, etc.
