When utilizing the Event Management application in its Kiosk mode, users are provided with the functionality to conduct a search for registrants. This search can be performed using two key pieces of information: the registrant's name and their email address.
In the Kiosk mode of the Event Management application, users were experiencing difficulties in searching for registrants. The system was not allowing searches and check-ins using exact names and emails in the event schedule.The issue has been addressed and fixed. Now, users can successfully search for registrants using their exact names and emails in the Kiosk mode. This fix has improved the functionality of the Event Management application, enabling smoother operations and more efficient management of events.
