CRM: Retain : Booking Requests: Active booking doesn't displays the name of the Student

When scheduling appointments, Active Resource Requirements record will be created during the process but currently the record name is blank which will be very confusing for the CRM users to identify to which student the records belongs to.
As part of this bug, we are concatenating Student's Full Name + Start Time of the scheduled appointment. In this way it gives CRM users clear picture of basic info required by looking at the records in the view rather than going into the record and extracting the information.
