Advising and Case Management

  • Institutional users (staff) can create Student Alerts, To-Dos and post messages from CRM.
  • Additional system views are created for the staff to monitor status of Alerts and To-Dos.
  • Workflows are built to notify the student about new Alerts and To-Dos.
  • Students can login to Portal to view the messages.
  • Alert indicator will be displayed if there are new items posted for the student.
 
  • Staff will have facility to associate Appointment with Case.
  • Staff will have facility to convert an Appointment to Case.
