With Case and Advising management enhancements in greymatter v9.4 release, Students will be able to see Alerts, Messages and To-Dos in the Portal.
Advising and Case Management
- Institutional users (staff) can create Student Alerts, To-Dos and post messages from CRM.
- Additional system views are created for the staff to monitor status of Alerts and To-Dos.
- Workflows are built to notify the student about new Alerts and To-Dos.
- Students can login to Portal to view the messages.
- Alert indicator will be displayed if there are new items posted for the student.
- Staff will have facility to associate Appointment with Case.
- Staff will have facility to convert an Appointment to Case.
- Queues are used to manage staff assignments for Activities.
