The existing Events Management module has the deficiency of pre-determining the Event start date and time based on current user’s time zone. greymatter is redesigned to allow the user to specify Time Zone in which the Event will be conducted. Users can specify the Timezone when selecting Start/End Date/Time of the Event Schedule.
Event Management Timezone Enhancements
- Timezone selection option will be applicable to both Recurring and Non-recurring Events.
- Timezone information will be displayed in both List view and Calendar view in Portal.
- Email reminders will be sent based on Timezone settings.
