Using a new set of free markers (free markers are used as variables to pull CRM data into email templates), 7 new automated email templates have been added to greymatter.
Templates and automation triggers:
1. Registration Confirmation Template: Sends a confirmation email once a user's Registration Status is set to 'Active' or their Registration Status changes from 'Waitlist' to 'Active'.
2. Pre-Event Reminder Template: Sends a reminder email before an Event's Scheduled Start Time, based on 'Pre-Event Email' Timing settings.
3. Post-Event Follow-Up Template: Sends a follow-up email after an Event's Schedule End Time, based on 'Post Event Email' Timing settings.
4. Cancelled Registration Template: Sends a cancellation email if a user cancels an Event Registration from the Portal.
5. Event Cancellation Template: Sends an email to registered users confirming the cancellation of an Event.
6. Waitlisted Email Template: Sends waitlist confirmation email if 'Enable Waitlist' has been set to 'Yes' and 'Registration Status' is set to 'Waitlist' within a user's account.
7. Event Follow Up: Sends a follow-up email if a user has registered for the event but did not check-in.
