Portal - Agency - No facility to make an Agency Staff 'Inactive'

There does not appear to be any facility to make an Agency Staff 'Inactive'.
...
Option 'deactivate' added to deactivate agent in portal and optionset manager. The deactivated agent records are removed from both portal & 'active agents list' in CRM.
