Portal - Agency Registered Students - Deprecated Columns in the Table view

For Agent/Agency accounts, the Registered Student table was showing unnecessary data, including Active Contact Type, Student Id, eServices Access Level, and Student Status Name.
Removed the table columns - Active Contact Type, Student Id, eServices Access Level, and Student Status Name - from the Agency's Registered Students table.
