Portal - Chatbot - Updated 'Ask Elsa' chatbot

Updated the 'Ask Elsa' chatbot to be consistent across all greymatter instances.

Chat feature is set up in all instances of greymatter.
 
Also, the chat support option on the portal is enhanced to provide:
-Presence of omnichannel
-Live chat agent option
-Self populating FAQs.
 
The chat window also requests for user's Name, Email address and Help category with drop down options in the portal.
