Portal - Courses - "Add to Cart" button is not adding CE courses to cart

When a Portal user clicks "Add to Cart", no matter what the product is, the product should appear in their Shopping Cart.
Found that Continuing Education courses were not being added to the Shopping Cart when a user clicks "Add to Cart". Confirmed that code change is sending any course type to the Shopping Cart.
