Portal - Login - Forgot Password feature experiencing bug

Version 9.5.0.0
The reset email was not being sent by the system and the reset link was not being generated for the reset email. Both of these features required as resetting password with Forgot Password feature does not automatically recognize the newly submitted password.
Email and link flows reviewed and corrected for send logic errors. Password reset is working correctly.
