Portal - Support Center - Case Details field displaying raw HTML

When the Portal user reviews a submitted Case ticket, they should not be able to see HTML within any field that was entered as plain text.

Confirmed that a Rich text PCF control had been displaying HTML during ticket review. Confirmed that removal of PCF control has solved the issues, as fields can only be entered, edited, and reviewed as plain text.
