Portal - Support Centre Case - User can make edits to submitted cases

In the greymatter portal, under "Contacts Us - Support Centre", there is a feature to add cases. Cases are the incident based services and you can create a customary questions and issues by creating so forth cases in greymatter.

After submitting a case, the case has to be locked and user should not be able to make any changes/edits to it.
Resolved the error where the user was able to make edits to submitted cases.
