When a student is applying with a TOEFL score, the TOEFL fields should appear within the Test details submission page when TOEFL is selected as the Test Type.
Found that TOEFL fields were not available in the Test details submission page when TOEFL was selected as Test Type. As such, the form could not be submitted without required TOEFL field values entered. Confirmed that code change now displays the fields, values are accepted, form can be submitted, and values are retained.
