Previously, agents experienced difficulty accessing certain agent-specific pages due to a configuration issue. This limitation hindered their ability to navigate and utilize all available processes within the portal effectively. The fix ensures that agents can now access all agent-specific pages without encountering any restrictions, thereby enabling them to utilize all available processes within the portal seamlessly.

Agents experienced difficulty accessing certain agent-specific pages due to a configuration issue. The out of box default configurations did not allow agents to access all agent specific pages. Updating the default configurations allows agents to access the necessary pages without needing further involvement of crm staff.
