Students encountered difficulties when attempting to cancel a course section they had previously registered for. We've identified and rectified the underlying problem, ensuring that students can now successfully cancel course registrations for past sections without encountering errors.
Students attempting to cancel a registered course in the portal would receive an error. An issue with the status on the course enrollment record was preventing the portal process from correctly functioning. The fix remedies the issue and allows for students to cancel from registered courses again.
