• Unified Payment Process: Applicants can pay for multiple program application fees in one transaction, enhancing convenience and reducing transaction times.


• Save and Resume: Applications can be saved mid-process and completed at a later time. This feature allows users to start an application, save their progress, and return to finish it without losing any data.


• Inactive Applications on Save: When applications are saved for later completion, they are stored as inactive. This change ensures that only fully submitted applications are processed, improving clarity and organization.


• Updated Application Dashboard: The dashboard has been upgraded to support the new application process, including enhancements like Program Application Grouping IDs (PAG) for better management and tracking of applications.


• Dynamic Form Validation: The application form now includes real-time validation to ensure that all entered information is correct before submission, reducing errors and improving submission success rates.
