Portal: PA : Program selection: Populate 'Program Level' if user selects Program Version

During program application process, On Program Selection page, If a student selects Program Version directly without selecting Program Level, populate both 'Program Level' and 'Program' associated with the Program Version. At present, it is populating Program alone.
If the Student selects Program Version leaving program level, program level will be automatically populated based on the program version selected.
In the below screenshot, we have selected Program Version and then the program level automatically gets populated.
