Portal: Previous Education - no 'Other' institution

Previously, users encountered difficulties when attempting to add previous education details if their institution was not listed. Although users were instructed to select 'other' as the institution, this option did not exist as a selectable record, impeding the completion of the process. Our development team has addressed this issue by ensuring that the 'other' institution option is now available for selection. With this fix, users can seamlessly add their previous education details, even if their institution is not listed, facilitating a smoother and more comprehensive user experience.

The record has been created and is now available on the portal.
