When a Agency account user attempts to submit a Program Application without adding a Birthday to the application, the Application still process without throwing errors.
The Portal was throwing a server error when a Agent account submitted a Program Application without adding a Birthday value, which is not flagged as required. Confirmed that Agent and Student accounts are able to submit a Program Application on the Portal without receiving a server error message.
