Portal - Contact Us - Deprecated the General Inquiries link

General Inquiries was removed as it's designed purpose was duplicated by the Support features of Cases and Knowledge Based Articles.

Removed the General Inquiries link from the Contact Us menu in the information bar at the bottom of the Portal pages.
