Portal - Continuing Education - Courses not displaying as published

When a greymatter CRM user creates a Cont. Ed. course (in the Retain work area, under the Academics menu, within the Course Section form) the course needs to appear in Courses table in the greymatter Portal's Continuing Education page.
The correction to this bug was to edit the code defining portal filtering criteria that had been removing Cont. Ed. courses from the Courses table in the greymatter Portal's Continuing Education page.
