Portal - Continuing Education - Fields included in Checkout and Payment pages

In Portal, for Continuing Education course enrollment, additional fields were included in Checkout and Payment pages

In checkout and payment pages, added column headers to following subgrids in portal:

View Cart pop-up: Added $ as prefix before 'Price' and 'Total' columns

Checkout page: Removed word, '(required)' after 'Description'

Purchase Summary page: Display headers: 'Product', 'Price', 'Discounted Amount', 'Sub Total'.

Checkout page: Display headers: 'Product', 'Price', 'Discounted Amount', 'Sub Total'.

Invoice: Display headers: 'Product', 'Price', 'Discounted Amount', 'SubTotal'.
