Portal - Course Enrollment - Deleted courses are not removed from the Portal course list

When a user decides to delete a selected course, the course should be removed from their SIS data table and the course selection table in the Portal.
Found that deleting a course was deleting the course from the Course History (SIS Data) table, but not the course selection table in the Portal. Confirmed that code change is removing the deleted course from both the SIS Data and Portal tables.
