Portal - Degree Plan - Buttons missing to Add/Remove Courses

A greymatter Portal user should be able to Add and Remove courses from their Degree Plan.
Confirmed that a "Create" button is available to Add courses, and that courses can be Removed from the list using the button at the end of each Course row in the Courses table.
