Portal - Event Registration - Paid Event registration record created without completed payment

Attempting to register for a paid event was directing to the payment page, but automatically registering user if the click the back page button without paying.
If the user clicks the back page button, then refreshes the page, the event can be seen as a registered record under Event Registrations. Fixed with a portal code modification using a Payment Yes/No trigger.
