Portal - Events - Events set to "Draft" state are appearing in the Portal

When a greymatter CRM user is drafting a new Event, the Event should not be displayed in the Portal until after the user chooses to publish.

Confirmed that code change now filters out Events in Draft state for the portal home page and event calendar.
