Portal - Financial Transactions - Receipt not generating

When a greymatter Portal user selects the option to "Download Receipt" of a transaction, the receipt should be generated and accessible.
Selecting "Download Receipt" was navigating to an error page that read, "Download Receipt | Record not found!". Confirmed that the Download Receipt Flow has been enabled and correctly generating the receipts when requested.
