For Agency accounts, the 'Year' field is required to define associated year with Term field for the My Agency's Program Applications table.
For Student accounts, the "Year" field is similarly required for Program Application and Program Application Checklist tables.
"Year" field has been added to the My Agency's Program Applications table grid for Agents, as well as Program Application and Program Application Checklist table grids for Students.
