Portal - Program Version Details - Enrollment Records not displaying

When a greymatter Portal user selects the Program Enrollments link, they should see Program records listed in the Program Version Details page.
Users were taken to a Program Version Details page which displayed the message "There are no records to display" when there were seen Program Version Details records listed for that user in greymatter CRM.
Confirmed that code change now pulling Program Version Detail records from CRM and displaying them correctly in the Portal.
