For Agency accounts in the greymatter Portal, a portal invitation email should be sent to agency staff once they have been added to the Staffing list within the Agency account's "My Agency Staff" link.

When an Agency representative logs into the Portal with a Registered Recruitment Agent account, they can now add Agency Staff to a staffing list by clicking into "My Records" then "My Agency Staff".

When the Agency adds their staff to the staffing list, an invitation email is automatically sent to the staff members' email accounts. The staff member can then click a link in the email to navigate to access the greymatter Portal.
