When opening a New Case, a server error was being thrown when searching the suggested cases list.
Early fix attempts showed that linking web pages of recorded cases had contributed to the error. As a fix, web pages were removed from the search result in the "Customer Service - Create Case" web-template. Knowledge Base Articles remain as the material sources suggested cases.
