Portal - Support Center - Case Duplication error

When a Portal user submits a Case ticket to the Support Center, there should not be duplicates appearing in the Open Cases list.

After Portal user was submitting Case tickets, the Case Confirmation Number page that had been built was not included in the navigation. Rather, the same Case submission page is loaded with the Case information. Clicking on Submit again was creating multiples of the same Case for each time Submit was clicked.

Code fix has been confirmed to momentarily display the Case Confirmation Number, then navigate users from the submission page to the "My Open Cases" table page, in which users can see the Case confirmation number.
