Added 'Course Section' to sitemap so that 'Course Cut-off Criteria' report can be run to determine whether minimum enrollment criteria to run a course section is met.
In the existing design, a user will have to open a Course, navigate to 'Course Section' grid and run the report from there to determine whether a Course Section has met the minimum enrollment criteria. This does not seems to be user-friendly to run the report since a user should be able to select multiple Course Sections and run the report from single page. Moreover, a user can run report for only the Course Sections related to a Course.
In the new design, 'Course Section' is added to the sitemap so that 'Course Section not met cut-off criteria' report can be run from the view for multiple Course Sections.
