A new flow has been added to enhance Appointment bookings with the addition of a Student selecting to meet through Zoom or Teams, and then receiving an email with the Zoom/Team appointment information.
The new automated Appointments Flow collects an Appointment ID and Bookable Contact ID, calculates the time between booking and Appointment, then notifies the Student of the Appointment, time remaining, and offers a Zoom/Team link based on the Student's preferred platform selection.
