The greymatter v9.4 release includes the provision to integrate with Zoom and Teams. An administrator is able to associate a resource category (Skill) for the Resource (Staff member) to allow for either a zoom or teams meeting. Clients are able to support both meeting types one for each resource category. In addition to resource scheduling, an appointment creation with a meeting link for zoom or teams, depending on the chosen platform, is also created. Will require a zoom paid account.
Zoom and Teams Integration for Appointment
- Power users can assign Zoom or Teams channel to Resources.
- Once a Portal user books an appointment, depending on the Resource assigned, either a Zoom or Teams meeting will be set up.
- The meeting link will be emailed to Portal user.
- Portal user can join the meeting by clicking the link in email or the link displayed in Portal.
