CRM: LOE is unable to be generated in the 'Agent Program Application Business Process Flow'

The Letter of Enrolment was not able to be generated when the 'Execute' button was clicked in the Enrolment stage of the "Agent Program Application Business Process Flow".
The LOE (Letter of Enrolment) now generates appropriately when the 'Execute' button is clicked and attaches to the Contact record's Timeline.
