CRM: The user is supposed to enter country code while entering phone number in contact form

The users have difficulty entering international phone numbers in the phone number field under contact form as it may show error.
To provide some information to the user on the format to be used while entering the phone numbers in the contact entity form, a hover message is displayd:
Please enter the phone number in E.164 format, starting with a '+' symbol, followed by the country code and the phone number without any spaces or symbols. The structure should resemble this example: +46707123456.
